Our company's desire is to work with perseverance, conduct business with integrity, and deal with our clients honestly. The service we provide is geared to meet the needs of both our clients and candidates simultaneously. We base our company on Godly principles of honesty, integrity, and compassion. Therefore, our clients can know that we will be fair and honest with them, and our candidates can believe our slogan "People, Not Paper". || Company Philosophy
Beginning
Career Concepts USA started in October of 1981 by a former recruiter and a businessman. After starting the business, Robert (Bob) Cramer who was a former headhunter became the first hire of the new company.
In less than a year Bob became an equal share owner of Career Concepts. And in 1982 the company ran 18 job fairs. By year five the company was generating 60 plus shows across the country. The sales group had grown from the original three people to 15 and things were looking good. Due to the different interests of the partners in 1987 Bob became the sole owner of CCUSA staffing six employees.
Turn
In the summer of 1989 Bob's life took a major turn. He met a woman who would eventually become his bride. He also for the first time in his life started to ask the question is there more to life? The first quarter of 1990 was the best quarter in company history. The economy was looking great until April of 1990 when the hiring of sales professionals came to an abrupt halt. The recession was in full swing and no one was buying sales job fairs. All he could offer the woman of his dreams was a company that was unstable and debt owed to many vendors.
Today
In 2007 CCUSA has grown to 29 people split into four sales regions supported by a marketing department. We launched three new products this year - Workplace Diversity; Accounting, Banking and Finance; and Information Technology job fairs. We will produce over 300 job fairs in over 50 metropolitan markets across America.
